Beta Infratech P Ltd was incorporated on February 11,2008. It is a group company of "Soma Group". The Group is involved in Infrastructure, EPC, Power Plants etc.

M/s. BETA INFRATECH P LTD was admitted into Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process on a petition filed by the Financial Creditor – Punjab National Bank under section 7 of IBC,2016. On 14/06/2019, the Hon’ble NCLT Principle Bench admitted the application and appointed Mr. S.V. Satyanarayana as Resolution Professional. On 24/07/2020, the Hon’ble NCLT ordered the company into liquidation and appointed Mr. Sivanagaraja Taduvai(TSN Raja) as Liquidator, who took over the charge and controlling the affairs of the company.

M/s. BETA INFRATECH P LTD is a 100% subsidiary of M/s. SOMA ENERGY LIMITED. The company was promoted byMr. Ankineedu Maganti and Mr. Dileep Kumar Yalamanchili .
